1. About Us

MGwatch is an authorised retailer of Buddhist-culture timepieces, gau boxes (ghau) and traditional incense-bead bracelets. Our products are authorised under the RYLSZSY trademark (Registration No. 68193312, Class 14). See our Brand & Trademark page for details.

2. Products, Pricing and Availability

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice; the price displayed at the time of your order is the price you pay.
• Product images are for illustration; slight differences in colour, grain or finish are normal for handcrafted and natural-material products.
• Availability is not guaranteed; if an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance occurs when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (in whole or part) in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability, with a full refund for any amount charged.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers over encrypted connections; we never store full card numbers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier’s destination address.

• All content on the Site (text, images, logos, page design) is owned by MGwatch or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.
• RYLSZSY® and related marks are registered trademarks used under authorisation. Unauthorised use, reproduction or resale misrepresenting the brand is prohibited.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including: interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, submitting false orders, uploading malicious code, or violating any applicable law or third-party right.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Spiritual/cultural descriptions of mantras and blessings are provided for cultural reference and are not medical, legal or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via the contact below; unresolved disputes shall be submitted to a competent court at our place of business, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
