Return & Refund Policy

We want every piece you receive to bring peace of mind. This policy explains when and how you can return items bought on www.mgwatch.net and how refunds are processed.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any of the following reasons:

• Item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect (we cover all return shipping costs; a replacement or full refund is available, plus photo/video evidence is appreciated within 7 days of delivery).
• Item is unused and in original condition — you changed your mind (return shipping is arranged by the buyer; we may deduct the original free-shipping cost if applicable).

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, with all original packaging, certificates, manuals, spare links and gifts included.
• Customised or engraved items, and items marked "final sale" on the product page, are not returnable unless defective.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, incense beads and items in contact with skin that have been worn cannot be returned unless defective.

3. How to Start a Return

• Step 1 — Email [email protected] (or WhatsApp +852-8483 6886) with your order number, reason, and photos of the item and packaging.
• Step 2 — We reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address (do not send items back without confirmation).
• Step 3 — Ship the item with a trackable service and share the tracking number.
• Step 4 — After we receive and inspect the item (1–3 business days), your refund or replacement is issued.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Timing: card refunds typically appear within 5–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for damaged/defective/incorrect items.

5. Non-Delivery & Lost Parcels

• If tracking shows no movement for 30 days or the parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
• Wrong address provided by the buyer: we will reship at the buyer’s cost once the parcel returns to us.

6. Warranty

All watches include a 12-month limited warranty covering movement and manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover misuse, water damage beyond stated water resistance, accidental damage, or normal wear of straps/coatings. Warranty service: contact us with your order number and a short video of the issue.

You may cancel an order free of charge before it is shipped. Once shipped, please use the return process above.
