Thank you for shopping at MGwatch. Every order is packed with care and shipped worldwide with tracking.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are verified and packed within 1–3 business days after payment (handcrafted items may need up to 3 days for quality inspection).
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once the parcel ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimates

Estimated transit time after dispatch:

• United States / Canada: 7–15 business days
• United Kingdom / Germany / France / rest of Europe: 7–18 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 7–15 business days
• Southeast Asia and other regions: 7–20 business days

Actual delivery may vary due to customs, weather or carrier capacity. Free-shipping thresholds and express options (where available) are shown at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is emailed after dispatch. If tracking is not updated for 7 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country; these are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• We declare items accurately and cannot mark parcels as "gift" or under-declare value.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

• Please double-check your address at checkout; we ship to the address entered on the order.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we reship after the buyer covers re-shipping costs.
• Lost or severely delayed parcels are covered by our Return & Refund Policy: free replacement or full refund.

6. Packaging

Each watch is wrapped in protective cushioning inside a gift box; ghau boxes and bead bracelets are packed in flannel pouches — suitable as gifts shipped directly to recipients.
